We understand that unforeseen things occur and that you may need a refund. Our refund policy is that there will be no refunds for sessions that have already been completed. If a package was purchased, a refund would be available for the sessions in the package that have not yet been used. There are also no refunds on free sessions given from ReversaTatt promotions, since they have no cash value.
Please be advised that our terms of service are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep you informed of any updates and appreciate your continued support.
ReversaTatt processes refunds bi-weekly and once processed it might take another 2-5 business days to show in your balance statement. Refunds requested in December are processed on January 5th of the next year.
